Jeff, Here is something I found in the list archives from someone named Heather: here is the steps for unmuting speech with the keyboard. vo-f8, (or on some it is fn-vo-f8) brings the voice over utility. Hit s for speech and tab twice to the mute speech and deselect from there. BY hitting vo
