You need to set up an rss feed somewhere first. then on the main podcast page
in the podcast section in the itunes store there is a submit podcast link. Hit
that and follow the prompts. I have a blog article tucked away in my favorites.

Have you thought of setting up the RSS feed with feedburner. I think the site
is www.feedburner.com. If that's not it, just google Feedburner and you will
find it. I think the feeds set up through there are compatible with Itunes. I
