If that is indeed true, Apple could possibly surprise everyone by releasing iOS9 and/or MAC OSX this Summer as opposed to its usual Fall release I presume the rumors are True, Apple will NOT stray from its usual course, which could benefit Microsoft since it is currently planning to Release

That really doesn't make any sense. If they were to have done that, developers would already have multiple releases under their belts. Even if the operating systems don't really contain any new features, and are based strictly on focusing on security and bug fixes, developer still need time to

10.10.4 is being tested under both developer and public beta programs. However, 10.10.11 will not be released until sometime after next Monday's WWDC keynote. Generally, the developer beta comes out the day of the keynote, with the public beta following sometime soon after, but that's not a
