No one will have OS X 10.11 until after WWDC. Us developers usually will have
access on or after the day of WWDC. Right now, we are testing OS X 10.10.4,
both us developers and those who signed up to the public beta program.

10.10.4 is being tested under both developer and public beta programs. However,
10.10.11 will not be released until sometime after next Monday's WWDC keynote.
Generally, the developer beta comes out the day of the keynote, with the public
beta following sometime soon after, but that's not a
