On the Apple extended keyboard, substitute the following:
• VO-End - Moves you to the last visible message in the Table.•
VO-Home takes you to the top most visible item in the Table.
• Press down arrow once after getting to the bottom most in the visible area
and you can start over

How is the best way to do this. I've tried every modifier key in conjunction
with the pgdn key, and nothing seems to work. Is there a quick way to move
through the list of messages without having to arrow up and down through each
