Hello Donna,
You do indeed use the Inspector to set line spacing. Select the Text inspector
and the Text tab. By default, Line is set to 1. You'll find this field if you
go down once from Line, then once to the right.

Hi all,
Can someone tell me how to do this? I thought you did it using the Inspector,
but when I bring up the inspector I don't see anything that would allow me to
set this.
