Dear Trahern,
Once you interact with the Mail Messages Table you may press shift-vo-HOME
which will bring you to the top and SHIFT-vo-END to bring you to the bottome.
By the way this is with a desk top keyvoard.

Hi,
hold down the option key and press the up or down arrow to get to the top or
bottom of the list. If your Mac makes that bong noise, just ignore it and keep
holding down the 2 keys for half a second longer.
