If you have a trusted number set up you should be able to have a text with a 6
digit code sent to your trusted number.
Sounds like 2factor or keychain behavior.

This is probably triggered by 2 factor authentication, not 2 step barification.
Do you still have your old device? That’s probably where it sent it. Or what
about your iCloud security code? One of these may work. Otherwise you may

to either confirm a notification that was supposedly sent to another device, or
enter the iCloud security code. I see no notification on my Mac, so how do I
