Hey there
If Bex is on there, is there a braille translator on there? That would be real
interesting. The translator should be as good as it ever was if there is one on
there.

Well, the translater wouldn't be at issue. That was a function of bex, not the
computer. So, presumably that still works.
The issue would be embossing because you would need support for serial
embossers in the emulator. I'm just trying to imagine connecting up an
embosser in such a way that
Hi there
Actually, since I don't have an embosser, what occurred to me is whether one
could select all the text once translation had gotten done and put the braille
text into a brf file by using TextEdit. I don't know if it would work or not,
but the thought did occur to me. It's probably too
Hmmm, it strikes me as ironic that this seems to only work in Windows at the
moment. Perhaps because it's a DOS flavor?

They're the older apple games we all, or at least some of us used to play back
in the day when the Apple computers first came out, so thought I'd share that.

I am downloading it right now, but what it looks like is it is a virtualized
emulator of the old Apple to eat computer environment with some of the talking
games that some of us used to play. I am hopeful that it actually successfully
works at least on OS X, my primary operating system, as it

Part of the trick is just to take it one step at a time. The documentation is
pretty nice actually. Do the first step, then do the second, then the third
and it all works. If you're not familiar with the command line then it's a bit
more daunting I suppose. Maybe the podcast will clarify
