There's a shortcut key to copy the hidden password to the clipboard, but
since it's a phone you're talking about here, that option probably
doesn't exist. However, all is not lost. In Preferences you'll find a
setting to show passwords. Your is probably not checked,which is the
usual setting.
Open Mail preferences with command-, while in the mail app.
At the top of the prefers pane, there is a toolbar and the second item in that
toolbar is "Junk". Once this is selected there should be a checkbox immediately
after the the toolbar.

That’s not what happens here. When I open one password I am in a search field
and if I type the name of the account it shows up with only the user name, no
password. I had to edit the account to get the details table to come up.
