I can't update apps in APPStore on IOS

Hello, I have a problem with update in APPStore last 3 days. When I click to button update all so isn't downloaded no updated or one update. Allready I tried sign out from my Apple ID in APPStore, unfortunately it was after downloading all updates. Do you know what could I do with it? Thank

Is it your apps are not updating or your just not able to see them being updated? There is a known issue where the voiceover kersor gets kicked back to the top of the screen in the app store window and somewhat stops the user seeing the updates install. And your English is better than

Not quite all. But worse than Mojave. I got no help from the beta group, disappointing, because I wanted confirmation before reporting it. I was surprised to see it in Mojave though. I got this when digging into some folders inside the user Library folder. From E.T.'s Keyboard...
