You go into settings, then emergency SOS. If you’ve activated notifications, you’ll see something when you get in there that says something like terminate notifications or stop alerting or something like that I forget exactly what the wording is. Tap that and you’re good to go. Cheers, Donna

OK, does the hard drive have a password? If so there is probably a dialog asking you to enter the password. Secdon thing to do is open the "computer" area of finder and see if the disk is there. command-shift-C while in the finder should bring you there. Best wishes, Jonathan
