A VM snapshot question

Hi. I have one snapshot in my VM machine. I want to delete it so I can reclaim the disk space. Only no matter what I do the delete options are grayed out. I have autosnapshot set to off. I have tried both the VM running and the VM closed. Can someone walk me through how to do this? Thanks.
