Hi Donna, I had a similar problem with the same smart plug and Amazon Echo. To solve the problem I had to reset the Wemo plug. Just resetting my Echo and rediscovery didn’t work. I had to follow the reset directions on the Wemo plug and then set it up again. After that it worked

Hi all, All week, my kitchen HomePod has not been playing nice with my Wemo smart plugs. On Thursday I did a factory reset of the HomePod and that helped, but today the problem came back. Siri on homePod can neither turn them on or off. Just wondering, is anyone else experiencing this? Anyone

Hi, The Mail app uses sounds as opposed to the Messages app using tones. It's sort of how the specific app accesses noise files. Yes, Mail does not have as many to choose from because it does not access the tone kit library. I'm not in the know as to why Mail accesses audio files

Yeah as petrus said there is no apple store in NZ, We have a number of retail chains that sell apple products but accessibility is not something they know of or probably how to spell. I’ve tried teaching some retail staff how to use voiceover but that went in one ear and out the other.
