Can voiceover be used to setup a new (out of box) Apple TV 4th generation?

I respect that stance, but from what i understand there are things one can do with one os, that is not possible for the other, at least without short changing things that make each unique. Apple has too much invested in each infrastructure for a merger of two different types of technology.

Hi, You have to go to the app store and check to see if the app in question works with the Mac. There are tabs for the Mac apps and a tab for the iPhone apps. As you navigate to each app, VoiceOver will tell you if the app is compatible with the Mac i.e. it will say something like this app is

Hi All, I read that this can be accomplished. I run many apps on my iPhone and would love to do so on my MBA which is coming soon. How does one accomplish this? Do you have to download each app from the Apple Store on to the Mac, or is there another way this is done? Thanks for the knowledge.
