Hi, Is it an M1 Mini, or an Intel based Mini? For Intel based machines, on startup, hold down cmd-r for about 5 to 7 seconds then release. Wait for a time and turn VO on. For an M1, hold the power button in for about 4 or 5 seconds and release. Turn on VO after that and you should be good
