RE: tvOS 17.2
Hello E. T., First, let me say that this is the second time that Apple has tried to force everyone to use the TV app on TV OS instead of the native TV Shows app. Second, I hate it just as much, today, as I did last year when they reduced the native TV Shows app functionality. Third, there are two ways you can get the TV app to play and/or resume a particular episode from the last time you watched a television series. The first way is to simply scroll through the Next up section of the TV app, located in the Home area of the app. The second way and, which more closely resembles the TV Shows app, is to use the search field to type in the name of the series. When you see the name of the series appear in the results list, select it and then press the down arrow after the series opens. You will be placed on the next episode to be played, just as was the case in the TV Shows app. Mark -Original Message- From: 'E.T.' via MacVisionaries Sent: Tuesday, December 12, 2023 9:01 PM To: MacVisionaries Subject: tvOS 17.2 If you folks updated to the latest version, what do you think of it. Me, I think Apple should have left well enough alone. Somehow I managed to watch an episode of a TV show last night. Tonight I could not watch another episode. And play counts are gone so I had to scroll to the desired episode. From E.T.'s Keyboard... Re: how to go to the top and/or. bottom of a web page
To go to the top, press: VO + Home if using a full size keyboard, or VO + Fn + Left Arrow if using a MacBook keyboard. To go to the bottom, press: VO + End if using a full size keyboard, or VO + Fn + Right Arrow if using a MacBook keyboard.
