Hello, In an effort to add another macOS to my Mac, I created the appropriate installer on a USB stick. When I restart and hold down Option, I find myself in recovery mode but the desired APFS volume (already created) is not listed. Perhaps I missed a step? From E.T.'s Keyboard...
