If you go to the customer service page, you can bring up a window to chat with someone, they also give you the option of providing your phone number to have a representative call you. I have a case with a keyboard for my ipad. One of the things I need my mac to do, is paying my Medicare premium. Totally inaccessible on ipad or phone. I am trying to use Rumola to figure out captchas, but I can’t get it to work. It says that there is a captcha on the page, but I can’t get any further than that How do I get it to recognize the captcha?.
