Hi. I can confirm that the Infovox voices don't work with Big Sur. I ran into 
this issue when beta testing. In one beta, the US Siri female voice that I use 
all the time didn't work so I tried installing Tracy from Infovox. Needless to 
say I had the same issue with her as I had with the voice I use the most. I 
recommend reporting this to both Apple and Assistiveware. Their tech support 
email address is supp...@assistiveware.com . 
Do keep me posted as to what they both say.

Yes, use the speech rotor by pressing VO CMD Shift Arrow keys. If you set VO to 
Voice it should be fairly easy to press the key combination and Arrow down.

hello,
Before you migrate to big Sur set your voices to one of the Apple voices. My 
default voice in Catalina was an in for vox I vox voice Rachel. This did not 
work on Big Sur and I required sighted help to set my voice-over voice to 
Daniel compact before I could use big Sur.
Is there any way to set the voice-over voice without using the voice over 
utility with sighted help.
