I just read an article about some iPhone 6/6+ and 6s/6s+ models which may have
a defective touch-screen chip module. If this is the case, the unit will have
difficulties even when a sighted person attempts to use the touch-screen. If
so, it is a hardware issue, so will need to go to Apple if
