One. On your Apple TV box, go onto settings.
Two. From there click on accessibility.
Three. From there, click on motion. The item you want is the one right below
the top. The second item. By default this will be on. Turn it off. Hope that

I just updated to the latest version of TV OS and have noticed that Apple TV
Plus Channel video trailers automatically play when focus lands on their
associated videos. This is extremely frustrating when attempting to listen
to VoiceOver.
