I am running iOS 17.4 on my iPhone 15 pro where I have installed the Amazon
Alexa App. I am trying to use timers on Amazon Alexa. When I ask to set timer
for say 30 seconds Amazon Alexa says after a few seconds “sorry I am having
problems”. This did not happen before I upgraded to IOS

I cannot locate any of my subscribed channels, or purchased movies.

Imagine my surprise when I discovered that the price of the model had
increased by $25 since January of this year.
Just to confirm, I had a friend put the same model in her Amazon cart, on 2
different devices and the price was the same, $25 more than I originally
paid.

Alright, chat was not available for the issue I had. Initiated a
call and while it took a half hour, got it done. Amazon has lot of work
to do if they even think about how poorly this return process was coded.

One option specifically supports digital products.
I have not used
a friend of mine told me to go to Amazon, then account and lists then returns
and orders, then digital orders. first in line was the purchase I made
yesterday and there was actually a download link there. I thought I had looked
there yesterday but either I didn't look far enough or it wasn't
either, but it is a little easier than the web page.

Honestly, please call, ask for a supervisor, and demonstrate the problem
where they can hear you.

Have used amazon both with the app and on my computer and had no problem. The
only time I had to type in a captcha was when I reset my password, but that was
a while ago. Is your credit card and address stored in your account? If it
isn't, maybe that's why the captcha is needed. No one else

lockout on my account, only to face the captcha and then run into the
“non-existent” page issue when I tried for the audio alternative. So
