Hi Cara,
OK. :)
In rapping it up my Wife Robin came up with an aluminum pi pan for the center
of the target.
You hear the ping but the target tip will pass through it and stick safely in
the hey or what ever.
And the operative word is "Cost effective"! LOL
As for on topic the sound source for
hey Scott,
With an arsenal like that, I would be surprised if anyone could even make it to
your gate if you didn’t want them to! lol!
Seriously though, that sounds like quite a fascinating collection of things you
have. I like the history around things as well as one-of-a-kind items.
I have
Hi chuck,
Shattered arrows indeed! lol!
Wow, thanks for the thought on the .410 shot. I had not been thinking of shot
for the 9 mm. That sounds insane! I mean how could you miss! lol!
Need to see if it is advisable to use with a CZ 2075 RAMI (all steel version).
I have no idea how to keep
Hi Cara,
Thanks.
Sounds interesting.
When you mentioned "steel" targets the first thing I thought of was all those
"shattered" arrows!
That would get very expensive.
I guess a protected sound source might work.
As for the arrows trajectory thats greatly impacted by the arrow tip.
Target tip less
Damn gang, don’t mess with this list. We have some fire power here, backed by
knowledge and experience.

Kara, I collect a lot of heavy military equipment like that. The Grenade
launcher I bought when I lived in Florida. In Florida you’re still free in the
United States unlike the whacky left win north east (with the exception of New
Hampshire, the live free or die state). In Florida I had to
We put a cheap alarm clock on the back of a target. I then started training
myself to aim at the sound. This was difficult at first, but gives me better
training for future.

Hi Chuck,
the short answer is I will be trying several ways.
When shooting indoors, I have always just gotten an idea where the target is in
relation to the stand and then shot free-hand. I would assume that a similar
thing would be possible for a blind / VI archer. -but the arc of the arrow
Hi Cara,
Interesting?
How do you locate the steel target?
I haven't wielded a long bow since I shot my first "buck many years ago.
Gets my pulse rate up just thinking about being able to give it a shot again so
to speak! :)
Thanks

Hey Scott,
Jeez! I was going to say I could come and visit you to tweak you a little bit
in person when I am in the area, but dang, there’d be nothing left of me to
bury! lol!
How did you happen to come by a vintage grenade launcher anyway if I might ask?
There’s a little gun shop near me
Awesome Jenine! Actually there is someone else on the VIPhone list who
contacted me as he is wanting to get into archery and does not know how to
begin.
Perhaps I could connect you two if you wish. Just let me know off-list.
I found this app as I am looking for outdoor ranges in my area which
This is very cool. The hardware I have is a little bit on the excessive side
for most gun clubs but luckily in the live free or die state, here in the woods
my neighbors are enthusiasts and don’t mind when I bring out the M79 for a
little fresh air. We buy old cars from junk yards for under
