Hi Cara, OK. :) In rapping it up my Wife Robin came up with an aluminum pi pan for the center of the target. You hear the ping but the target tip will pass through it and stick safely in the hey or what ever. And the operative word is "Cost effective"! LOL As for on topic the sound source for

Hi Cara, Thanks. Sounds interesting. When you mentioned "steel" targets the first thing I thought of was all those "shattered" arrows! That would get very expensive. I guess a protected sound source might work. As for the arrows trajectory thats greatly impacted by the arrow tip. Target tip less

Kara, I collect a lot of heavy military equipment like that. The Grenade launcher I bought when I lived in Florida. In Florida you’re still free in the United States unlike the whacky left win north east (with the exception of New Hampshire, the live free or die state). In Florida I had to

Hi Chuck, the short answer is I will be trying several ways. When shooting indoors, I have always just gotten an idea where the target is in relation to the stand and then shot free-hand. I would assume that a similar thing would be possible for a blind / VI archer. -but the arc of the arrow
