This really isn't an anser to your question but, you should download airport
utility for your iPad. The app is 100% accessible, and you can do everything
you would do on the Mac utility on the IOS version. I find it easier to
navigate.

Apple alternatively provides the old airport utility, airport utility 5.6. This
