Alright, chat was not available for the issue I had. Initiated a
call and while it took a half hour, got it done. Amazon has lot of work
to do if they even think about how poorly this return process was coded.

someone, they also give you the option of providing your phone number to have a

Fortunately, I've never had to do this.
They have an accessibility support group, however, which you could
contact. Details can be found on their Web pages via a link that is
visible to screen readers but, I assume, not available visually.

I cannot figure out how to see the orders under Amazon your orders section. I
can see order date, prices, and ship to address. I cannot click on the orders
and view what I purchased. Any tricks?
