If the notification does not automatically appear so that you can press the
“Accept” button, press VO-o to bring up the notification where the button will
be present.

As far as I can tell, there's no keyboard shortcut to do this. Although, as
the notification appears to tell you that you have an incoming call, you can
VO-right about two times to the Accept button then press VO-space. Sorry,
that's the best I can do for now.

I just used right arrow and where it says accept button would press VO space.
