Is there an accessible client that I could use on my iPhone for browsing FTP
servers, downloading, and uploading certain files? I really need something as
soon as possible if there be such an animal.

Well, what I use all the time is a thing called ftp on the go pro. It's not
free, but I love it. It's accessible averywhere, as far as I discovered. I can
upload, download, create and delete folders locally and remotely etc.
