Hi Donna. Thanks for your prompt reply. We are in a high rise apartment in a
big city so I hope it isn’t a problem with our Internet. The technician who
installed the new equipment last week said that he adjusted the signal from the
cable for best performance so I don’t know what else our
Hi Rob,
With some stations it does happen with our HomePods and Sonos speakers. But I
live in a rural area, so I’ve always assumed it’s because of our lousy internet.

Hi everyone. I hope this is the right place to ask this question since this is
not an Apple issue. I have a question about Chromecasting to smart speakers.
We have a number of Google Homes in our apartment and TuneIn stations drop at
different times during the day. Just wondering if this
Hi, Donna:
Yes, I have three pairs of the old Google Max speakers throughout my
apartment. I love casting to them because I can then wander around my
apartment and not miss anything.
BTW: I understand the new Book Share app will have the ability to cast,
and I can't wait. That will be so cool!
Wow, Janina, that’s very cool! I usually want less Google in my life, not

There's the Google Chrome browser, if you need a browser to access
content you will then cast to a device in your room. The Cast options
are a submenu under View under VO+m.
I believe there's a Chrome Cast extension for Safari as well, but I
haven't any direct experience of that one.
Best,
Filebrowser has chromecast support as does Netflix. It all depends what
your wanting to watch. Filebrowser would give you the ability to watch
files from your device.

Hi all,
The hotel I’m staying in has cut Chromecast, and if we want to watch movies,
