typed in my information. i used shift plus tab to go back and check and all my
info was correctly imputed. I didn't have a product code so i couldn't
complete the form. sometimes its best to just press command r
I'm running Snow Leopard, and I did try this, but it didn't work. However, my
husband suggested clicking the mouse before writing anything. This worked. In
fact, when I made an error, I had to hit the mouse in order to select and
delete. Everything else on the site worked as usual. This seems

I'm running Lion here, and I won't be able to try this on a machine running
Snow Leopard for a few hours. This is certainly an odd web site. I was able
to fill in the fields the way Max did by tabbing and then typing. Make sure
that you don't have Quick Nav turned on, or that
