Hmmm, I'm not sure about this.
My guess is, clear your iPhone/iTouch/iPad safari data. This way there are no
pages open on your devices, so then maybe no iCloud tabs on your Mac.
I'd do the experiment for you, but I want to keep my tabs. ;)
