Navigating headings in Pages

Hi all. I have saved a template for lesson plans so I can simply select the template and fill it out. This template is separate into headings. I’ve tried using VO+Command+H, adding the shift key to that, but neither navigate through the headings in the document. Is there a way to do this? Devin
