it’s a pain but it’s an easy fix if you know about it,
I do it all the time myself.

Hi all
Not sure what I pressed this morning so can’t work out how to fix it, I know it
will have a simple answer. But now when I’m typing a text I can navigate
through the text easy enough word by word by using the option+left or right
keys. But
Dude, you’re a life saver. I didn’t even no about that key combo. All fixed
now. I knew it would be a simple solution.
