‘ve been encountering what I consider peculiar behavior in the standard e-mail app. Here is what seems to be happening:
1) Interact with Message Table 2) Place focus in “Subject” column 3) VO+LeftArrow to identify if on a multi-item thread 4) VO+RightArrwo back to Subject column 5) RightArrow to expand multi-item thread 6) DownArrow to first item in current thread 7) Hit ENTER to read that item 8) COMMAND+DELETE to, what else, delete currently opened item 9) Repeat steps 7 and 8 until thread is exhausted So far, so good; but quite often, after exhausting the thread, I find that Table Interaction has been cancelled and I must repeat the VO+SHIFT+DownArrow to resume interacting with Message Table. It seems this has also happened while not in a thread but rather after reading and deleting a number of “stand alone” messages. It’s just that this phenomenon is so consistently reproducable given the thread scenario above. I’m using a 2.6 GHz Mac mini with OSX 10.10.5 (Yosemite). I can’t add much more to this other than to say that I am a relative new comer to Mac computing having bought this Mac mini from last February.
