extra battery life. I don’t buy the cellular model—or at least I haven’t in
the past, so for me the price difference is more substantial.

Though I suppose one’s definition of a significant price difference is
relative, in my book, $400 constitutes a pretty significant price difference.

unless you engage in extreme sports or activities such as mountain climbing, I
personally don’t see any reason to spend that kind of money. The Ultra is
designed to withstand very severe weather conditions.
