Hi,

My understanding is that the reactions are available in MacOS, just not 
particularly easy to get at from a a VO prospective.  I was able to locate a 
"Tap Back" option, but not to actually get the Reaction emojis and choose from 
them.

   Go into the Message app preferences on the Mac and set it to receive 
texts sent to your email address or phone number.
