Re: Safari busy again on big sur 11.6

2021-09-29 Thread Jonathan Cohn
Strange, I have not experienced this with either my Catalina system or my
public beta system with Safari 15. I wonder if it is the sites, or the
computer.
Best wishes,

Hi,

It seems to be an issue with the VoiceOver buffer filling up. The Quickest way
I’ve found to work around it is to turn VOiceOver off, wait a few seconds then
turn it back on. Things run smoothly after that for a while.

2021-09-26 Thread Jürgen Fleger
Hi Andrew,
I haven’t updated yet but heard from a number of blind users of this issue. So
it seems to be an issue of this update.
All the best
Jürgen

Safari busy again on big sur 11.6

2021-09-26 Thread 'Andrew Lamanche' via MacVisionaries
Hi,

Since upgrading to the most recent 11.6 on my macbook pro late 2014, Safari has
become sluggish. I’ve cleared the cashes, I keep my mac free from junk. Has
anyone else experienced this, and is there anything else I can do? Or is it a
matter of my mac being old? It has 16 GB RAM, 512 hard drive and is the
fastest I could buy at that time.

Andrew
