Silent "T" in Yosemite

Good Evening to All on the Macvionaries List I’m not at all certain what changes I may have made, but when typing on my Mac Mini neither the lower nor upper case “T” is spoken. I’m certain this is a relatively recent development because I’m sure I’d have noticed it much earlier than just last
