I have found the table you describe. If you originally installed an App on your
Mac and then synced it with your iPhone using the lightning cable and then
subsequently updated the App on your Mac then does the updated version of the
App

I always download apps to my Mac, but I sync using the USB cable. However, it
should work the same way.
When you connect your iPhone to your Mac, look through your settings for apps.
You should find a table where you can select Apps, then interact with the
scroll area to the left
