Hi Stacey,
In el capitan go to system preferences and the "notifications" section then
find the table with all your apps.
find drop box in the table and stop interacting with the apps table.
Now find the appropriate check boxes in each of the 3 "tabs" and turn off what
you don't want to bother
I’m not sure if anyone has mentioned this, but you can use the Application
Chooser menu with VO-F1 twice and you will find a menu for System Dialogs
there. You can open them and simply VO-space on the Close button. Sometimes,
depending on the nature of the dialog, the Window Chooser, VO-F2
Maybe I am not seeing this because I interact with the Dropbox
folder in Finder. The only time I need touch the app in menu extras is
if I need to close down the app. I have seen dialogues that appear not

buttons. I do believe Stacy – as I – M asking, "what in the world do you do
with this?"

Hi!
You can arrow up and down through the opened windows and when you are at the
window you want to go to press enter.
I don’t know what system dialogs you have but often the dialogs themselves will
instruct you.

Press vo-f1-f1 to bring up the application chooser menu. The system dialogues
