And it's not just Bard books. It's also Netflix. And, the thing that made me
want the new Mac, after the October event, was all the extolling they did about
how great it is that you could now run iPhone apps on your Mac. As I pointed
out in my feedback to Apple, any time I purchase a new app,
I agree. Sometimes when a client is getting a new computer, they ask me if
they should get a Mac or PC. Listening to BARD books right on their computer
could have been a selling point.

Yeah, but they shouldn't have stopped it.

Just to clarify, you can still run iPad apps if they are in the App Store, but
if the developer does not support it, that is what Apple stopped.

Not to mention that the ability to run iPhone apps on the new Macs was one of
the most touted features of the October event. I have a 10:00 meeting, but
after that, I'm going to Apple's feedback site and going to give them an earful.

I am currently looking in to another way that someone reported on but not
having much luck getting passed the Apple servers. Agreed Apples micro managing
is starting to piss me off a bit. They knew people were going to do this exact
thing, but yet they shipped it off allowing for you to be able
Wow! That's lousy. In fact, it probably just cost them the sale of one new Mac.
That was one of the primary attractions for me of upgrading. Without that, I
think I'll just stick with my 2017 MBP.
Thanks for the info, Joseph.

Hi Donna,
Well Apple actually removed the ability to do this last week unfortunately. If
you had done it your apps stay so I still have Bard Mobile but they blocked any
new ways to do this with Amazing. Sorry the recording is irrelevant now since
they blocked it on the server side. See this
Hi Joseph,
Before the holidays, you posted a video demoing how to load iPhone apps on the
new Macs. It took me a while to go view it, and by the time I did, I received a
message saying that the link was no longer valid. Could you either re-post, or
send to me privately at doniado...@me.com?
