No, I don't think so.
Tracking the VO cursor with keyboard focus does not involve the mouse.
Somehow your mouse pointer was set to follow the VoiceOver cursor. This
happened sometimes, and I really don't have a good explanation as to why it
happens.

That was it Brad, thanks. Hey is it the shift VOF3 key that I might’ve hit the
toggle it to track cursor with keyboard? I think it’s shift plus the VO keys
plus the F3 key. Got to watch that one.

A few weeks back I upgraded Sonoma to the latest version, 14.4 or something
like that. In order to take advantage of the new rogue amoeba installations.
After that upgrade I cannot navigate menu bars on any of my apps as expected.
