Hello, Launch pad is similar to how you would see all your apps on an iPhone. It is very usable with VO. I use the doc for frequently used programs. I also use the keyboard commander for my favorite apps. For everything else I use command a to go into the applications folder. You can also use spotlight to open apps,folders and files on your machine. Here is how I use it, If I want to open mail, I press option plus L for Launch Pad. Then type m a. VoiceOver will announce Mail. Pressing enter will open it. If you put your VoiceOver focus on the Launchpad item in the Dock, and then open the Shortcut menu, you will get an alphabetical list of all applications on your Mac.
