I use calendar in the following way to create items:
1. type command-N to create a new item.
2. This brings up a smart insert fields.
3. Type something like Leave at 5:30pm and then hit enter
4. type command-i and use VoiceOver to review the calendar entry.

Looking for a way to utilize these steps on my mac book air for calendar or a
more VO friendly application to accomplish these steps below:
My Mac book air experience using the calendar app was very convoluted trying to
