Hi all, What's everyone's favorite way to convert PDF files to HTML, Word, or other formats on the Mac? I have a friend with textbooks in PDF, but Preview isn't doing a great job, to no one's surprise. I suggested converting the files, but realized I'm not sure how. I so rarely need PDF access
