My iphone 5C is driving me crazy. i'm trying to enable message forwarding to
my macbook pro. On my iphone 5C that runs the latest iOS, I go to settings and
messaging. Under the item allowing such message forwarding, I have already two
other devices enabled for this, my ipad and macbook
I had the same exact issue. Sign in and out of your Apple ID on your iPhone. I
don't remember exactly how I did it, I had to end up calling Apple.

left, and you’ll see your Apple ID listed. Activate it, and go to “sign out”.
