Alexa App. I am trying to use timers on Amazon Alexa. When I ask to set timer
for say 30 seconds Amazon Alexa says after a few seconds “sorry I am having
problems”. This did not happen before I upgraded to IOS

Imagine my surprise when I discovered that the price of the model had
increased by $25 since January of this year.
Just to confirm, I had a friend put the same model in her Amazon cart, on 2
different devices and the price was the same, $25 more than I originally
paid.

Have used amazon both with the app and on my computer and had no problem. The
only time I had to type in a captcha was when I reset my password, but that was
a while ago. Is your credit card and address stored in your account? If it
isn't, maybe that's why the captcha is needed. No one else
