Open Activity Monitor, from Spotlight or the Utilities folder in you
applications folder. Once it opens, vo-left to the toolbar, interact, then find
and interact with the view buttons group. Here you can pick the information you
want--memory, CPU, energy, etc. Get out of here and go back to the tasks table.
Interact and use vo-shift-backslash to sort by different headers, if you want.
If you don't care to sort, there's no need to interact with the table, just up
and down arrow on it.
