Apple sent out emails to all app developers today informing them of the need to
upgrade to 64 bit, so I suspect it is only a matter of time until apps are
recompiled and ready for IOS 11.

In the case of the Looktel Recognizer app, its doubtful its still
being developed as it was last updated 4 years ago.

All 32bit apps will die when one upgrades to iOS 11. Best course of
action is for you to contact the developers of any such apps and inquire
if they plan to update those apps.
