Hi Jurgen, I really appreciate your response. I’ll check out the image thing and the media thing before I buy. :). Again, thank you! Re: Any vloggers here?
Hi Donna, sorry for the delayed response. MarsEdit works really great for blind users. I know you can add images to your posts. While preparing a new post there’s a lable saying "Featured Image“. There you can load a video to your post. I unfortunately don’t know how you can link this video in the post. I’ve never dealt with videos. So Marsedit might not fulfill your needs. I might have been wrong here. Sorry. Hi, I just looked through the options and if there is anything there for video I’m not seeing it. That doesn’t mean it is not there. Mars edit makes it possible to avoid using blocks. You can just type as if you were editing a word document and then publish right to your blog. I have not tried pcreating or publishing pages yet but for blogs it is great. I understand that it also will work with Mastodon now. But I have not figured that out yet either. Hi Merv, Can you say more? What specifically do you love? Also, how do you work with the block design in WordPress? It seems like it would be very intuitive if you can see and figure out how to arrange the blocks, but I’m not sure how to work with that if you can’t visually arrange them. Hi Jurgen, Can you say more about Mars? I thought about using something like What’s App or even Facebook, but I like the vlog idea better. First, everything can just be housed there. That will be convenient for anyone who wants to look at it, but not necessarily receive alerts all the time. It also keeps the whole thing in one easy place, so that it can serve as sort of a “photo album for us after we’re back, without getting buried in whatever messages, posts, etc happen after we’re back Cheers, Donna > On Mar 15, 2024, at 11:33 AM, Jürgen Fleger wrote: > > Hi Donna, > > Word Press is pretty accessible in my opinion. Re: Any vloggers here?
Hi Donna, Word Press is pretty accessible in my opinion. I use Mars as an app solution on the Mac to upload content. So it's not necessary to work online. But wouldn't it be easier in your case to use a messenger like Whats App and create a family group?
