The VO cursor now covers the whole content area rather than being inside it.
Some people who are new to the Mac have trouble getting the idea of interacting.

I can stand it but the new way is more difficult to change the language.
Since braille is not as good as in windows i have to use speech in mac.
If braille were better i would use it with no speech.

The VO cursor used to land in the content area, but it stopped doing that a
while ago.
Having used VoiceOver since its first appearance, I
synchronize keyboard focus and VO cursor is checked, but problem still
exists.
